Draft for legal review. This page is a working translation prepared for the English section of the site. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer and must not be treated as a final legal document.
Who we are
SemLabs is an EU-based technical ecommerce partner working remotely with businesses in the United Kingdom and the European Union. Contact details, registered company information and the identity of the data controller are set out in the Polish version of this policy, which remains the authoritative text until this English version has been reviewed.
What we collect through this website
- Enquiry form data. The name, business email address, optional telephone number, store address and message you send us, together with the option you select from the “what do you need help with” list.
- Campaign attribution. If you arrive from an advertisement, the click identifier and campaign source are stored with your enquiry so we know which campaign it came from.
- Anti-spam signals. How long the form took to complete, and a one-way hash of your IP address used only to limit repeated submissions. The IP address itself is not stored.
- Analytics and advertising. Only after you accept cookies. Before that, and if you decline, no measurement or advertising scripts are loaded.
Why we use it
Form data is used to answer your enquiry and, if we go on to work together, to deliver the service. Attribution data is used to understand which campaigns produce genuine enquiries. Anti-spam signals are used to keep automated submissions out of the inbox.
Cookies and consent
Analytics and advertising cookies load only after you accept them. Declining leaves them switched off, and the choice is recorded so you are not asked again on every page. You can change your mind by clearing the cookies for this site.
Your rights
You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or object to how it is used. The precise wording of these rights, the legal bases we rely on, our retention periods and the supervisory authority you may complain to are set out in the Polish policy and will be reflected here once this text has been reviewed.
Status of this page
Legal review required before this page is used with paid traffic. Wording on the data controller, legal bases, retention periods, international transfers and supervisory authority must be confirmed by a qualified adviser. We have deliberately not claimed compliance with any specific regime on this page.
